This Summer we held more than classes and workshops this summer. The School also produced “35 Years of a Bookmakers Art,” an exhibition that celebrated Ah Haa founder, Daniel Tucker. We held our first Summer ARTrageous Saturday in May, a wonderful opportunity for families to work together to create art projects. We initiated the Ah Haa ARTrageous Birthdays, offering parents a creative alternative for their child’s birthday party, and we hosted several of Mountain Film’s workshops, lectures and the unforgettable Tibetan Sand Mandala, all of which were wonderful and enjoyed by the entire community. Take a look at the exciting and diverse offerings in the fall catalog! You’ll find a wealth of information on our healing arts programs, fun new classes and our after school program. You’ll also find additional pages about our Capital Campaign and Annual Giving Program, both vitally important to the School’s future, along with information on the Depot’s rich history. Also look for details on how to get scholarship assistance and how to sign up for private instruction. I would love to hear from you! As Telluride’s Community Arts Center, we want the Ah Haa School to truly reflect the community’s ideas and creativity. Your suggestions will help us offer the classes, present the exhibitions and bring in the speakers, presenters and artists that you would like! Please send us an email at staff@ahhaa.org or call 728-3886. Thank you for making the Ah Haa School’s 18th summer season a huge success! Thanks to all of our donors, the Telluride Foundation and other foundation funders, our Board of Directors, staff, students, instructors, interns and teen mentors. We can’t do it without you!
