Seasoned canning expert Kathleen Morgan will teach students, step by step, how to select, prepare and preserve apples using the steam canning process. From sterilization to proper jar filling and water bath processing, participants will come away with the skills and resources to safely preserve additional foods on their own, not to mention some delicious, homemade applesauce.
