Shrubs & Small Bites

Shrubs! The OG refresher, a funky-fresh zingy treat. In this class we will taste and tinker with different drinking vinegars i.e. a drink made with seasonal fruit, herbs and spices infused with vinegar. Shrubs have come back full swing into the cocktail scene, whether it be in mocktail or an added twist to a classic boozy fav. We will make a shrub in real time, try a few of Bianca’s special seasonal recipes, plus mix our own creations. Bianca will pair these with small bites inspired by the end of summer.
