Learn some authentic Korean dishes and cultural traditions from Korean native and talented chef Bokyung Chang. She’ll lead the class through the making of Spinach Miso Soup and Galbi Jjim (beef short ribs) served with rice and kimchi. Participants will also enjoy a yuzu sauce salad and bean and nut rice cake with honey ginger jujube tea for dessert. Wine and beer will be available for purchase separately.
