Learn about the food traditions and gastronomic specialties of a different culture each week in this delicious, culinary adventure. Participants will learn basic cooking techniques while immersing themselves in intriguing ingredient combinations and flavors. All will come away with new ideas and tantalized taste buds.

This is a Discovery Level class that is intended to introduce and excite those to a new art form.
