The saffron-spiked rice dish paella is one of the most popular dishes in Spain and it’s fun to make. Local Chef Graeme Charles will prepare an eventful three-course dinner featuring his own special Basque-style smoked rabbit paella, featuring Spanish rice, saffron, sofrito and rabbit stock. Participants can sip Spanish wine as they watch and help prepare this classic one-pan meal. Starting with a fresh-made Caesar salad and ending with chocolate pot de crème, this special dinner is sure to please.
