In this class, students will learn how to mix, bake and frost a basic but delicious three-layer chocolate cake. We’ll cover high altitude baking, fillings, how to make frosting, and piping bag techniques. We’ll discuss baking failures, how to fix them and how to achieve a beautiful finished product. Everyone loves a good chocolate cake, so it’s always good to have one in your repertoire!
