Clay Creations
Ages 7-9

Transform your imagination into three dimensions while learning the basics for working with clay. Students may learn how to sculpt a silly animal, construct a garden gnome, make a monster mug, or design a wind chime. This camp encourages students to have fun while exploring the process of ceramics. Specific projects will be inspired and decided by the students and instructor as a group. The possibilities are endless!

Please note: All functional pieces require two kiln firings, so pieces will not be available for pickup until approximately 1-2 weeks after class ends. Fired pieces can be packaged and shipped for an additional charge. You will receive an email once pieces are ready for pickup. If you will no longer be in Telluride, domestic shipping options are available via a third party, Ship It, Copy It. Ah Haa will discard ceramics projects 30 days after the end of a class unless you have made arrangements directly with our Ceramics Director. For those who need to have their pieces shipped domestically, please be sure to select this option during the registration process. The total cost for safely packaging and shipping your ceramics projects will be listed on the registration page for each class. Ah Haa does not offer international shipping as a standard option.
