Take an international journey with Trang Pham, who will teach a variety of tapas that also happen to be gluten and dairy free. Through both hands on work and demonstration, participants will make three different tapas:

Spanish Tortilla – a traditional Spanish dish made with eggs, potatoes, onions and spices;

Filipino Crispy Tofu Sisig Lettuce Wraps with peppers, chiles, onions and garlic;

Gochujang Wings – spicy, sweet and savory baked Korean hot wings.

Wine and beer are available for purchase separately.
