Experience the colorfully exotic cuisine of Morocco, from the aromatic spices, olives, preserved lemons and couscous to the lusciously tender tagines made from slow cooked meat, vegetables and fruits. Participants will enjoy a traditional Moroccan salad, vegetable tagine, lemon chicken tagine, and gazelle horns (traditional Moroccan cookies), among other nibbles. The experience is sure to transport you to Marrakech, complete with a lesson in tea pouring and head scarf tying. This class includes a complimentary glass of wine; more may be purchased separately.
