It’s Getting Hot in Here

Wine is one of the most sensitive agricultural products and climate change is altering wine – and its production – as we know it. Events that stem from climate change – spring frosts, flooding, and forest fires as well as erratic annual temperatures are transforming centuries old traditions and practices. At this tasting experience, hosted by sommelier Kenny Koda, attendees will taste wines selected from Napa, the Loire Valley, and the French and Italian mountains as they learn how the producers are working to evolve their practices to meet the demands of our ever changing climate.
