This class is all about experiencing the different foods and cultures of Europe while learning valuable techniques in the kitchen!

Swiss-trained chef Lucas Wentzel will take participants through the delicious customs and traditions of a different European country each day. This four-day camp is all about exploration and skills building, so come hungry and prepared to try some new things.
