Learning to properly wield a knife in the kitchen is an important skill for anyone who cooks. This class will teach all the essentials – classic cuts, modern cuts, knife techniques, sharpening and honing, and general knife safety. Students will also make use of the fruits of their cutting to create some delicious dishes to eat in class or bring home. Knives will be provided, but feel free to bring your own chef’s knife if you wish.
