Culinary Classroom
Work hands-on while learning about Navajo culinary traditions from Upper Fruitland, New Mexico’s James Beard Award Nominated Chef Justin Pioche and his mother and sister, who make up Pioche Food Group.
Taking advantage of the summer’s fresh bounty, each class will focus on a traditional Navajo food and the culture and stories surrounding it. Students will experience Justin’s diverse and delicious approach to cooking while gaining new skills and an appreciation for Native American cuisine.
