Work hands-on while learning about Navajo food ways from Upper Fruitland, New Mexico’s 2023 James Beard Award Finalist Chef Justin Pioche along with his mother and sister, who make up Pioche Food Group. Cook one of their signature dishes, Blue Corn Cakes with Juniper Ash Aioli, Popped Corn and Scallion while learning what they do on the farm to preserve this corn and its significance to their Navajo culture and history.
