Join 2023 James Beard Award Finalist Chef Justin Pioche, along with his mother and sister, who make up Upper Fruitland New Mexico-based Pioche Food Group, for an extra special Seasonal Supper. Watch and help them prepare Green Chile Pork on Tortillas with Spiced Chicharrones, Pico de Gallo and Lime Crema. Traditional sweet Navajo iced tea will also be served.
