Featuring traditional Navajo ingredients, the four-course dinner menu includes Sumac Citrus Shots; Squash Soup with Veggie Friends; Red Wine-Braised Beef with Savory Blue Corn Mush, Huitlacoche Demi-Glaze, and Wilted Kale; and Roasted Pine Nut Ice Cream with Smoked Salt Granola.
