Skydeck & Culinary Classroom
Treat yourself to some Sunday self care with an hour of yoga followed by a delicious brunch complete with fresh mimosas. Local yoga instructor Isabella Poulos will lead students through one hour of vinyasa, linking breath to movement to connect mind and body. She focuses on transitioning fluidly through movements to create a seamless flow from pose to pose that benefits all levels. After a short break, participants will then gather in the Ah Haa culinary classroom for gourmet, post-yoga nourishments prepared by local chef Trang Pham, including mimosas (grapefruit or orange), savory and sweet gluten-free waffles, and delicious frittata. Both yoga and brunch will take place at the Ah Haa School. Please bring your own yoga mat and a change of clothes, if desired.
