Babsi grew up in South-eastern Austria and classic, vegetarian dishes from the Mediterranean were the foundation of her cooking. Since then, her extensive travels across Asia and in-depth studies of Yoga and Ayurveda in India have greatly influenced her approach to food and its flavors, and she has applied many of these newly learnt principles to vegetarian foods she grew up on. Expect to cook quick vegetarian dishes with a new, maybe even unexpected twist and walk away inspired and with some new tricks in your kitchen-tool-box.
