Immerse yourself in Korean culinary culture with a festive Korean BBQ meal that celebrates the interplay of savory, spice, sweet, bitter, and fermented flavors. Participants will first work hands on to make napa cabbage kimchi, then sit back and watch Trang demonstrate the various dishes that are essential in any Korean BBQ. The evening’s expansive menu will include Beef Bulgogi, Chicken Bulgogi, Pork Belly, Ssamjang Dipping Sauce and Banchan (side dishes), including cucumber kimchi, napa kimchi, mayak eggs, soy marinated potatoes, and rice. Barley Tea, Soju (rice-based spirit) and beer will also be included. Be sure to come with an empty stomach!
