Date Night: Sushi & Sake

Up your sushi making game and have some fun with a friend or loved one.  Trang Pham will teach participants knife skills, how to make sushi rice, and expert rolling techniques for making several different types of sushi. With options for pescatarians and vegetarians alike, this class also includes cold sake and Japanese beer.

This is a Discovery Level class that is intended to introduce and excite those to a new art form.
