Take advantage of Telluride’s prolific Farmer’s Market bounty in this farm-to-table cooking class. We’ll first take a trip to S. Oak Street to select fresh, seasonal produce from regional growers at the Telluride Farmers Market. Then we’ll gather back in Ah Haa’s Culinary Classroom to develop a delicious meal, learning valuable cooking tips and techniques along the way. Participants will come away with full bellies and useful knowledge of how to highlight farm fresh ingredients in seasonal recipes.
