Chef Biju Thomas is a professional chef known for light, simple dishes bursting with bold flavors. He has designed the menus of many successful restaurants in Denver and Boulder, Colorado and launched his own restaurant, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.
He hosts The Road Less Eaten, a show that brings outdoor adventure-loving friends to their hometowns in search of good times and their town’s best apres eats. Biju has been a chef for pro cycling teams, the Dempsey/Del Piero Racing, a Grand-Am and Le Mans motorsports team.

Join Telluride Blues & Brews Festival in partnership with Ah Haa School for the Arts for Local Legends, beer tasting and food pairing on the Sky Deck! Telluride’s own local legends, Telluride Brewing Company will Brewmasters from near and far for a special beer tasting paired with bites prepared by a guest chef! Sample each brewery’s seasonal styles while hearing from the makers and learning about craft beer straight from the source! A musical guest will perform while we enjoy fantastic craft beer and even better mountain views!
