Telluride Farmers Market & Culinary Classroom


Take advantage of Telluride’s regional farmers market bounty in this farm-to-table cooking class. Students will arrive in the kitchen to find a variety of seasonal produce purchased that day from the Telluride Farmers Market. With direction and guidance from the instructor, students will develop some delicious dishes that highlight that week’s produce. Utilizing a bit of improvisation, participants will learn some valuable cooking tips and techniques and well as recipes that highlight farm-fresh ingredients.
