Go-Go Guides: Jess Newens, Culinary Arts Director; Lane Regan, Milkweed Chef

Chef Lane Regan (six consecutive Michelin Stars) has come to Ah Haa for several years wowing us with their culinary creativity. Now Ah Haa goes to Lane’s Upper Michigan retreat deep in the Hiawatha National Forest where Go-Gos will hang out completely off the grid, glamp, stargaze, eat, drink, relax, fly fish, kayak, hike, & dream for yourselves. Your weekend experience includes a Friday evening ‘family style’ dinner; Friday night fireside Smores and digestifs; Saturday morning breakfast; Saturday afternoon lunch; Saturday early evening snack plate; Saturday night tasting menu (10-14 courses); Sunday brunch… and of course a transformative retreat.
