Delicious proteins like pork ribs, short rib, tomahawk steak, and chicken will be roasting alongside corn on the cob and herb potato stations with toppings galore! Michelin-starred, James Beard Award–winning Chef Rogelio Garcia is known for his refined, seasonal approach to modern Mexican cuisine. His work draws from his heritage and the agricultural richness of Northern California, balancing classical technique with contemporary cultural perspective.
Rogelio Garcia is the author of Convivir: Modern Mexican Cuisine in California’s Wine Country, winner of the 2025 James Beard Award for Cookbook of the Year and an IACP Award. He previously served as Culinary Director and Executive Chef of Auro in Napa Valley, where he earned a Michelin star for three consecutive years (2023–2025). He appeared on Top Chef on Bravo TV, Colorado, Season 15, and his career also includes formative roles at The French Laundry and Spruce. In 2024, Garcia was a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: California.
Today, Garcia focuses on collaborative dinners, authorship, and the development of his next culinary projects, with a continued commitment to mentorship, storytelling, and thoughtful hospitality.

Fun in the kitchen begins at age 5! Kids learn skills, recipes, baking and presentation they can take to their own home kitchens! Ah Haa also offers classes for families to participate in – kids must be accompanied by an adult.
