Create a special holiday dinner with friends, family or colleagues by booking one of these unique Chef’s Table experiences with a talented chef in Ah Haa’s intimate Culinary Classroom. Participants spend time in the kitchen with the chef as they prepare and plate a special multi-course tasting menu while sharing techniques and personal stories. Holiday Chef’s Tables are non-refundable. Seating is at 6pm

An Unmatched Culinary Experience in the Heart of Telluride

Create a special dinner with friends, family or colleagues by booking a Chef’s Table experience with a local chef in Ah Haa’s intimate Culinary Classroom. Participants watch as the Chef prepares a special three-course meal (starter, entrée, dessert) while sharing techniques and personal stories. Chef’s Table should be booked no less than three weeks in advance and all participants must sign a waiver. Seating is at 6pm.

Chef’s Table Menu Options

View these sample pre-fix menus prepared by Chef Krista Montalvo and Chef Trang Pham. Guest Chef’s menus will vary. Chef’s Table costs $1,500 for up to 10 diners. Wine and Beer are available at an additional cost. No outside alcohol may be brought into the classroom.

FAMILY TABLE

Create a special gathering in the Ah Haa culinary classroom for your family. Up to eight participants will work with a local chef to learn how to make a delicious dish. Choose from Asian Dumplings, Sushi or Cupcakes. Family Table should be booked no less than 3 weeks in advance each participant must sign a waiver. Classes last two hours and may be scheduled from 10am-12pm or 2-4 pm, based on kitchen availability.

$600 for up to 8 participants; all ages welcome. Family classes must have at least one adult participant.

KID’S TABLE

Create a special gathering in the Ah Haa culinary classroom for youth ages 8 and up. Up to eight participants will work with a local chef to learn how to make a delicious dish. Choose from Asian Dumplings, Sushi or Cupcakes. Kids’ Table should be booked no less than 3 weeks in advance and parents of each participant must sign a waiver. Classes last two hours and may be scheduled from 10am-12pm or 2-4 pm, based on kitchen availability. Kid’s Table Events cost $600 for up to 8 participants, ages 8 or older.
