About the Chef

Food… It’s aroma and flavors. It’s colors and textures. Cooking. That’s what passion smells and tastes like to chef Alberto Tames, owner of Latin Creations Telluride. His passion in the kitchen began since he was a young boy tasting meals his mother and grandmother prepared for the family. Slowly he began experimenting with his own style, keeping the authentic flavors from his grandmother’s recipes but confident in experimenting with new. From the streets and fancy restaurants of Mexico City to the tropical flavors of Puerto Vallarta, Alberto brings exciting Mexican fusion and authentic Mexican food directly to you.
