Optional Open Studio Day/Critique Day determined by the class
In this workshop, students will use paper and small objects to elevate the surface of their work, utilizing Painting, Mixed Media and Printmaking, bringing in the fun of light, shadow, and three-dimensionality. You will spend the beginning of class making materials through methods of paper weaving, paper scales, folding, and more. Then, participants will use a penetrable but supportive substrate to evolve their piece, blending collage techniques and assemblage. Open to all skill levels.
Please review the required materials list. Class is limited to 10 students.
Cancellations received 45 or more days prior to the first day of class are eligible for a full refund less a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds (or credit) for cancellations received 44 or fewer days prior to the first day of class.
