Fall For Art
Market Day Cooking
with Krista Montalvo

Take advantage of Telluride’s regional farmers market bounty in this farm-to-table cooking class. Students will arrive in the kitchen to find a variety of seasonal produce purchased that day from the Telluride Farmers Market. With direction and guidance from the instructor, students will develop some delicious dishes that highlight that week’s produce. Utilizing a bit of improvisation, participants will learn some valuable cooking tips and techniques and well as recipes that highlight farm-fresh ingredients.

This class is part of Fall For Art! Consider the regular class value of $65 and pay what you can. Choosing to pay more than the class value subsidizes these classes for others.
