Peruvian Family Style Dinner
with Krista Montalvo

Spend an evening learning about the culinary traditions of Peru while tasting first hand some of their specialties. Fresh from her own travels to this western South American country, Krista Montalvo will share her stories while leading students through several dishes, including ancestral ceviche, roasted chicken with Huacatay sauce and salad with pisco dressing. The class will also learn how to make delicious pisco sour cocktails (additional fee applies).
