Ah Haa will kick off New Year’s Eve with a celebratory Sky Deck viewing of Telluride’s Annual Torchlight Parade. Guests will be treated to special drinks and delicious canapes as they watch the glowing spectacle. Guests will then enjoy a stunning multi-course dinner complete with wine pairings, with Guest Chef Carolina Zubiate specializing in vibrant Peruvian cuisine.
Carolina Zubiate is a Peruvian Chef, currently based in Denver, specializing in vibrant cuisine that reflects her unique life experiences. After moving to the United States at the age of 13 with her family, food was how she held onto her culture. Now, 17 years later and more than a decade of growth within the culinary industry, Carolina offers private dinners and events to experience her unique take on Peruvian Fusion cuisine. Each dish tells a passionate story of a time in her life, and some of her favorite people along the way.
With the overarching goal of cultivating community, cultural connection and a sense of place, Ah Haa’s culinary offerings bring people together at a fundamental touchpoint – the preparing and sharing food. As a resource for skill building, sustainable practices and connective storytelling with chefs, cooks, farmers, winemakers; Ah Haa nourishes and nurtures culinary students of all ages and skill levels.

Fun in the kitchen begins at age 5! Kids learn skills, recipes, baking and presentation they can take to their own home kitchens! Ah Haa also offers classes for families to participate in – kids must be accompanied by an adult.
